The breakfast options are delicious, and guests can relax and refresh in the sauna and gym facilities before a challenging day.

The swimming pool can get crowded during school holidays, and there may be an extra charge for additional beds for children.

The staff, particularly Dave and Don, were helpful and attentive. When I misplaced my bag in the lobby, they immediately took action and informed me via email that it had been found. Dave personally located my bag, cross-referencing the name on it with the hotel guests. It was amazing service!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great variety in restaurant buffet and breakfast. Mini lounge on executive floor is a nice bonus. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the bridge from all the main attractions. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, refrigerator, and washing machine. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with local arrangements for touring. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with an indoor swimming pool, spa, and sauna. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. We would highly recommend this place to families.

Unlike other hotels in the area, this hotel also provided a convenient shuttle bus service to the Icheon airport, saving me both time and money. Plus, it was a breeze to explore the main sightseeings in Seoul as the hotel was centrally located. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a spacious bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. the hotel had amazing facilities including a sauna, gym, and pool for ultimate relaxation.
